lol i just finished this :D

FULL VIEW PLZ! :D

Mainly it is a chibi version of izzabell i submitted a while ago...( [link] )...and just now got around to making.

I designed it so it looked like i drew it in crayons or chalk....also i wanted to put a youthful feel to it since izza is a chibi. Simi inspired by my flash animation happy [link]

The reason izzabell is so happy is because she despises the human race.....also she can control the weather....and the weather is affected by her moods....and she loves nature...because she can communicate with plants and animals...

Izzabell is of my creation and my design. She is from the marvel rpg where i first made her.....don't steal my character...
